Our founder began his career working for the Circuit Clerk in their home county of McHenry, Illinois. While there, it was his job to create custom applications to replace outdated
processes of the court system. Even in one of the most technologically advanced counties in the country, there were still many processes still on paper.
The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic presented a new problem to the court system. How do we meet all the legal requirements while keeping court safe for all parties involved? What followed was a mad rush to get the core processes into the digital world. In this rush, many of the non mission critical processes were left behind. That's what lead to the founding of JussTech.
JussTech's goal is to find outdated aspects of the court system and give them a home in the digital world. We design our applications with a focus on modern designs and ease of use. We aim to replace paper with PDFs, dockets with databases and with the end goal of a fully digital court system.
